“Abbey House is a really good hotel - one of our favourites. The building and its settings are very impressive and very well kept. All members of staff that we met and dealt with were friendly, helpful and cheerfully efficient. This hotel really does deserve to succeed. “Hotel is in good location. Close to rail station and verious bus stop, restaurants etc. I arrived early and my room was ready so that was great 👍 and I was really happy about it. The problem is that building is closed during the day and no one around to help if something goes wrong. When I arrived to the hotel on my second night I find out that my bathroom light is not working. Manager has sent 2 staff members but they couldn't help so I didn't have light there at all.
