“This is a good hotel for a stay of one or two nights. However, in general the building needs an update. Especially if I look to the price a paid for the room. The bathroom is clean but basic. The restaurant offers exceptable food. The breakfast is too basic (the bread is not good, nothing to choose, very basic and dry). The staff is very fiendly.”

Literal, no sé por qué la gente quiere quedarse en Londres cuando puede disfrutar de unos días en la campiña inglesa, teniendo el lujo a todo esplendor, el mejor desayuno que puedas probar. Un hotel con demasiada historia y al mismo tiempo, un precio tan accesible, podrías jurar que estás en un Four Seasons, pero estás en Audley's Wood, una cadena más hermosa y con más personalidad. ”

“Friendly reception and service. Room was non-smoking but one could notice it had been smoking before, every time at entering the room. Comfortable bed. It's clear the bathroom had been renovated, but why wasn't at least one hook installed to hang towel and/or clothes? Very frustrating, moreover as the (gliding) door wasn't of any help here either.”

“Hotel on first impression looks good however further inspection shows it is in need of updating. Many aspects of the room upon arrival, batnroom plus hole and soap dish limescale and dirty, no aircon, kettle had limescale, tpilet roll holder loose. One lift out of action as was the jacuzzi. Manager was rude, told me to stop talking when trying to address concerns and made excuses when issues raised in writing.. Spa staff nice that we came across. Breakfast okay. “Had a lovely stay the staff are so nice and helpful. Beds are very comfortable and the food is great. Was so nice being somewhere that caters for gluten free with no problems. This is our second stay here and we will definitely be back.”
