We were unable to stay and when we left the first person at the desk said she didn’t know if they were supposed to have air conditioning in the rooms. “This was the worst motel I have ever experienced. There was no hotel staff on the property. The room temp was extremely cold and there was no way to adjust the AC. When I moved the shower curtain the rod fell on my head. The bathroom was dirty and moldy caulk. I called Expedia to cancel and they had to contact the hotel to do that. Expedia attempted to call them and did not get an answer. I contacted my CC company immediately to advise that I would be disputing this $844 charge. I recommend...

“Beautiful property, well cared for, clean and so comfortable. Plenty of room for us all (we had 6 people) Beds were amazingly comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were stocked and clean. We honestly had no issues. The host was easy to reach and quick to respond when we had a question, and Causeway amenities were all wonderful. We had a wonderful time.”
