“Room was cleaned to the standard of a B&B as expected. There was no hot water. Instead it was dirty water coming out so meant no shower could be had. I didnt bother complaining as it was for one night and felt like it was the norm. Pool was useful to have for the kids. Staff were kind on arrival so cannot fault that. Not really seen nor did I seek them after as spent as much time out of property as possible and used just to lay the head.”
