“Unfortunately I was totally unaware of where I was booking and booking done in a rush. When we arrived we found the motel was just off a very busy main road with some big hospitals near by consequently the sounds of ambulances seem to be constant. “Todo bien, solo que no supe que era motel hasta que llegue allí y tener la puerta de la habitacion directo al estacionamiento o a la calle aunque sea interior no es lo que prefiero”

“All good, may be add a taxi call free outside the reception area for guests to use after your working hours. More convenient for oversea transit guest who don't have Aussie numbers. Thanks”

“We had no wifi in the room, Had to sit in lobby to do anything on the phone.
The drain in the bathroom was clogged.
They were not able to resolve either issue in the 5 nights we stayed there.
The kitchenette had no stove or hot plate. Also, they charge you if you don't wash and put away all the dishes.
Room service came to make our bed only 1 day despite us putting a notice on the door to make our room.
Also, we booked a snorkeling tour and were not told that there was a $140 booking fee...
