“Our unit had a spider infestation. There were around 75 very active web-making spiders in the tiny unit. Staff just said it’s a normal Summer thing. Regular preventative measures could and should be implemented. We couldn’t stay there so we left and should’ve been refunded but we weren’t.”

“Booked a double queen room and was “upgraded” to a suite due to room issues prior to arrival. Well I’d normally be happy about the upgrade however the room only had 1 bed and a pull out that was not even made up. When I asked staff about getting pillows for the pull out I was told sorry we don’t have any. The place was mostly clean, all hard floors so all the hair balls would float by when door was open. No A/C in the room so had to keep the door open because the window didn’t open. This...
