Falta un business.desk o al.meno una computadora e impresora accessibile a lis huespedes. Tambien falta un lugar especial cerca del ingresi para estavionar los carros de personas minusvalidas. de cualquier forma es un buen hotel al cual al cual regresaría”

“A 5 stars hotel may have rooms of different levels but all must be at least 5 stars, this does not happen with this hotel. In the areas closer to the pools, the rooms are seemingly 5 stars but the rooms that are at the back of the hotel are most definitely not 5 stars. It is as if this area was second class, as it lacks maintenance in the corridors and in the rooms (see photos).
