“This was the best hotel/resort that I've been to! It is amazing, so beautiful and clean. The staff are wonderful, happy, and very helpful and accommodating. The food was great! I loved how eco friendly the hotel is. The spa is amazing! I enjoyed most of their treatments and facilities. There are many activities and excursions for everyone. I am obsessed with this place and I will be back again and again!”

“We had a wonderful time at the Olympic Palace on our family vacation. The property sat across the street from the ocean and had designated spot for guests to relax on chairs. The hotel was very clean. The spa was a nice treat- I went twice. There were enough pool areas to accommodate the guests without feeling overly crowded in June. My son throughly enjoyed his pool time in the kids pool area. We stumbled on the kids club one night while we were out and loved that they had that for the children...

“A 5 stars hotel may have rooms of different levels but all must be at least 5 stars, this does not happen with this hotel. In the areas closer to the pools, the rooms are seemingly 5 stars but the rooms that are at the back of the hotel are most definitely not 5 stars. It is as if this area was second class, as it lacks maintenance in the corridors and in the rooms (see photos). “We absolutely loved this resort and the staff. The property, the room, the people and the food was excellent! The only hiccup was the spa where they had less experienced staff providing services which didn’t match the pricing. They made up for it though with compensating us with a better price — very classy on them. I would definitely come back ! Thank you to the staff!”
