The staff are Eden Roc,s biggest asset as they looked after us at the pool,bars,restaurants, rooms and reception always with a smile and a warm and friendly chat. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The pool areas are well maintained with comfortable sun beds and good towels provided. The restaurants to choose from are varied in types of cuisine and mostly good, our favourite was Miraflores Peruvian cuisine which was excellent. Our only negative was the poor choice of beer in the bars we would have preferred Alfa or Mythos greek beers. Lovely holiday cheers

Terrible room given on check in but they did move us. The terrace of our room was not maintained all weeds coming up and looked messy. Not enough staff on the bars especially, to many queues and long waits although the staff were very good. Buffet was ok but not 5 star standard. No service for drinks around pool and beach area that would be expected from a 5 star hotel. Lots.of choice of different restaurants if you are lucky enough to have concierge pre book for you prior to arrival. Not all of our party were so lucky and found it hard to get in. In all a ok hotel and nice staff but defiantly not 5 star

What an incredible hotel! So beautifully decorated, such a vibe. Staff are wonderful. The food selection is incredible, so many different restaurants- even for breakfast & lunch. Garden Bungalow was clean and spacious. This is the first hotel I’ve genuinely been excited to return to. What a gem!

The Hotel overall has great facilities and restaurants. We had a Garden Bungalow which was spacious (family of 4) and well furnished. Pool areas need renovetion same as Pool view bungalows.

An unforgettable week for the second time, staying in the pool bungalow with the bar included (breakfast and lunch plus cocktails) exclusively for pool bungalow guests. The food, coffee, cocktails, and more are of better quality and in a quiet environment. The room, the setting, the service, the housekeeping, the restaurants, the games, and the evening entertainment are extraordinary. It's just a shame that the meals are exactly the same as they were two years ago. I ate the same things. If the hotel could change the menu and buffet every one or two years, it would be perfect. But hey, it was as good as the first time.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond their duty and always with smiles on their faces. The variety of restaurants and food is excellent. Great resort with amazing food - above expectations for the price we paid, especially at the a la carte restaurants. Good pool facilities. Few slides for the kids - could benefit from more in the kids pool area, maybe a couple of smaller ones for our little ones. Fantastic service overall, minor point was on one or two occasions housekeeping was not up to point but nothing major. Overall extremely good value for money!

We really enjoyed our stay. Customer service is excellent and every member of staff went out of their way to make our time enjoyable at Eden Roc. Food options are amazing and really good quality. But we didn’t rooms were 5 star standard. Our booking was a superior double and although the sea view was amazing, we felt the quality of furnishings etc were quite poor. The stay at Eden Roc was part of a longer stay in Rhodes and our previous 2 star apartment had much better quality furnishings!

First of all, the staff were excellent. So friendly and very helpful and any request was addressed promptly. The dinning options were great and there were a variety of restaurants to choose from. The hotel has access to a private beach with beach beds which was great. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the conditions of the room and some areas on the property which all could use a bit of an update. My first room was refurbished except for the bathroom which looked very old and had mold. Def not 5star! I switched rooms the following day and had a complete renovated room which was lovely. There were some issues which having hot water in the shower which was solved promptly. Overall a great holiday.

Eden Roc is a nice resort - we visited now for several years. Food is ok and there are many options to dine a la carte. Especially the Peruvian and Seafood (lunch) restaurants are good. Overall, food is less tasty compared to food outside the resort on the island. Room is fine, but not 5* standard and a bit worn down. Beach and swimming pools are good, but you need to be early to get a nice spot. Unfortunately beach is dirty and there is hardly any staff around to keep it clean. Staff is fantastic and works extremely hard. The restaurants are a bit understaffed and impacted service and quality. The guests are mainly British, enjoying the facilities and drinks! Nice friendly crowd, but I would not recommend if you are looking for quiet and calm atmosphere. Prices went up this year (again) and I question whether it is worth the price. Yes it is nice and fun for a few days, but without a proper upgrade/ make-over of the rooms and better staffed facilities it is a bit too expensive.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and from start to finish, the experience was amazing. The level of service was fantastic. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. I especially want to give thanks to Soubi the Barman who looked after us all holiday. You are a credit to the hotel. The room was very clean and had an amazing sea views from the balcony. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, and everything—from the linens to the bathroom—was spotless. The amenities were another highlight. Whether it was the fitness centre, sports facilities, pool or on-site dining options, everything was to an excellent standard. One of the standout features of my visit was the hotel’s onsite restaurants. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, the service was great, and nearly every dish I tried was absolutely delicious. There was only one of the restaurants that we didn’t really enjoy which was the grill. However It’s rare to find a hotel with such a large choice of restaurants that could easily stand on thier own, but these exceeded all expectations. All the staff work so hard and guest relations are always on hand if you require help booking into the restaurant.
