“Utilicé el servicio de lavandería y me intentaron cargar por prendas que no había, ademas de cambiar el nombre de algunas de ellas. El chico de recepción fue muy poco colaborador cuando fui a quejarme y mantuvimos una discusión. Al día siguiente sus compañeras de por la mañana me solucionaron en problema.”

“This was our second stay here as our choice for accommodation. We were lucky to get the same room which was great. The room well set up with kitchen facilities, dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. Bed comfy too and quiet as well. Did not use the gym on the 10th floor but able to get filtered water for our daily outings. The location is fantastic close to Purple cat stop to get around. We would recommend this hotel for its location and closeness to free public transportation Cats”

“One of the most derelict hotel rooms I have seen in a very long time. Rubbish in the hallways, self check-in…etc. Not the kind of hotel you expect paying almost 200€ per night. Hard to believe the good rating it has. Extremely overpriced for you get. ”

“Large apartment that accommodated my family. Check in was wonderful very friendly staff and free Parking on site, which was handy. Kitchen well equipped. Close to Elizabeth Quay. Beds were hard. Could also do with updating, needs painting, bathrooms to be redone and updated styling.”
