Staff were pleasant but didn’t deliver when asked for a bin bag 3 times to empty our rubbish. Was told no clean until checkout after 4 nights stay. Had refurbishment happening while staying but failed to be informed upon booking. Or leading up to it. Run down bathroom cupboards. Dirty tile areas. Parking was expensive and not at the hotel as they had very few spaces for parking at the hotel. Good location for our needs. Was given 1 hour extra to checkout for one room only, but we still appreciated that.

Great location; close to bus and train stations, waterfront and CBD. Good amenities with pool (undergoing renovation?) and sauna. We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment which was a good size. Bathroom was a let-down however with only rain head shower, no slide shower head. Overall apartments could do with decor and bathroom upgrades.

Really love the room I booked, close to the bus station and walkable to groceries even the malls at Hay / Murray street. Really helpful staff and checking in was a breeze. Parking overnight was also no issue.

Not the easiest of place to find at first as we did not have a car. But once you knew how to get to the property then it was easy. The Spanish lady on reception was very helpful and the appartement was very clean. My wife tried the swimming pool but she was not impressed. The apartment is well situated being close to the CBD, the Elisabeth Quay and the main bus and train station. It is at the back of the exhibition centre so I assume could be quite busy and noisy when sormething is on.When we were there, there wasn't anything on so it was very quiet. The apartment was well equipped. Overall I do recommend this place.
