“They should’ve been a rubber mat in the bottom of the bath. It was very slippery.”

“It was good”

“We like the location and the staff are always amazing. However we arrived after 3pm room was not ready. Room got moved to didn't have enough towels for 3 guests, no hand towel, no body wash in shower was left empty. Bathroom not very clean, exhaust fan doesn't work and for what you pay toilet paper that is like sand paper is not good enough. These rooms definitely need up grading bed was not comfy you dip in to eachother. Glass outside to spa hand prints also.”

“Lovely place to stay. Safe, clean, comfortable. Beautiful decor.”

“Our stay was fantastic! The hotel was very clean, the room was neat and tidy and our beds were incredibly comfortable! They have communal filtered water and ice which we thought was great! Highly recommend, we're already planning for when we can stay here again! 😊”

“Really average customer service. No smiles. We were given a $30 voucher to use for food and beverage (not alcohol) but on check out the staff were not happy to apply it to our 5 waters we had from the mini bar and told us it was for the restaurant only. After saying that we were not advised the whole mini bar was not included they decided to apply the credit much to their frustration and told us if we come back again that we now know the rules. We won’t be coming back.”

“Pool nice temperature, not too cold but not uncomfortably hot”

“fine place to stay”

“El aire acondicionado no funcionó pero el hotel muy amablemente nos cambio de apartamento ”

“Está céntrico, limpio, bien comunicado, silencioso y el personal es muy amable. Es un poquito antiguo y se nota que necesitaría algún retoque, pero está muy bien conservado y muy limpio y cómodo. Tiene lavadora y secadora propios. Lo recomiendo. Sin problemas para hacer un check-in/out tarde.”
