Convenient location - walking distance to mall, China Town, train station, tram stop. Downside to location is street noise and being the slightly dodgy part of town. Large rooms, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value.

Staff were wonderful. Rooms were clean. Pillows were lovely. Minor whinge about the really strong sickly vanilla scented bathroom toiletries. In my first room a king the toiletries were lovely but the second room I was in the queen room had different products and they were yucky but that’s a personal thing so some might like it.
