The positives were the staff, with check in and any enquiries, they were helpful, pleasant and friendly. The locations was great, within 10 mins walk to Rundle mall, very close to light rail stop and other attractions like museum etc. Heated pool was also great to use during winter. There is also a coffee club in the foyer of hotel. Room size was good, however a few points which ,let it down for us were: Main bedroom quite small, very squashy on either side of bed. Windows did not have sound proof glass so very noisy some nights. The bathrooms had a few issues. The shower constantly leaked due to design of shower screen/door. First night, floor was soaked with water. So we had to get multiple floormats to absorb all excess water. Door was not sitting correctly on hinges so we had to push it inwards to be able to close it. Shower its self was not very clean, a bit of mould in places. The microwave is located on the of the fridge, which is fine, but the microwave door could not open, unless you opened the freezer door as well. As we stay there for 6 days, these were a bit frustrating to deal with daily.

Fantastic room and view, staff were lovely. Spa was lovely. Breakfast was a voucher for the Coffee Club, which has a great range, but next time I would just skip the breakfast option and pay for what I want, as I was paying the difference anyway, and that way I am not locked into the same place.

Initially we were given a balcony opposite a (admittedly very quiet) building site but with no view at all Bhagya on reception was very sympathetic and switched us to a room with a beautiful sunny view of the Adelaide Oval which made such a difference to our stay
