“The room was lovely and quirky old fashioned with original features. Bathroom nice and clean staff were so polite and helpful. Only issue was tv was set with a reminder to change channel spoke to staff they thought it was rectified but happened for second night not an issue as stay was relaxing and enjoyable. ”

“Great communication from The Queens ahead of arrival. There was some local flooding on the day of our arrival and they called to let us know where best to park and how to avoid closed roads. So helpful!”
