“Clean facilities”

“The Chateau was well maintained, our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.”

“Suggest Chang towel every day.”

“We liked helpful staff, easy check in, convenient location, good parking, clean and bright room, good shower. We didn't like stained sofa, views over building sites and construction noise, soft mattress and cigarette burns in wash basin. Overall, it was adequate for our one night stay and good value for money.”

“Unclean room. Toothpaste still in bathroom sink. Ash trays un empty outside door with gross stained seats outside. Bit grimy. crappy pillows. Average matress. Key was hard to get into door . Stunk pretty bad like smokers had beennin there and masked with spray. Should have been 80 dollars a night not 160”

“We loved the indoor pool and the buffet breakfast was excellent”

“Room was great for 4 people but had a strange smell on entering the room . After a while you didn't notice it , but each time on entering you could smell it”

“The staff were amazing and very helpful. The beds we very comfortable. Couches were bit hard. Position for our hospital visit was good.”

“Room was clean and spacious. Overall property looked a bit tired.”

“Pros: Big cottage. Scenic location. Bacon, eggs, milk, juice, butter, tomatoes and bread provided for breakfast. Nice toiletries. Frogs in the pond sounded cool. Rabbits everywhere. Cons: Emailed property to say we'll arrive around 4pm. No reply. We arrive at 4:15pm to find reception closed and a mobile number. Called and about 5 mins later are sent a road map (?) and where to find the key. Wi-fi had full bars, but was "connected without internet". No reply when I reached out. Road is...

“The serenity of the place was amazing, the views of the golf course, nature and wildlife was incredible”
