Apart-hoteles en Kinglake

“Pros: Big cottage. Scenic location. Bacon, eggs, milk, juice, butter, tomatoes and bread provided for breakfast. Nice toiletries. Frogs in the pond sounded cool. Rabbits everywhere. Cons: Emailed property to say we'll arrive around 4pm. No reply. We arrive at 4:15pm to find reception closed and a mobile number. Called and about 5 mins later are sent a road map (?) and where to find the key. Wi-fi had full bars, but was "connected without internet". No reply when I reached out. Road is...

“Room was great for 4 people but had a strange smell on entering the room . After a while you didn't notice it , but each time on entering you could smell it”

“The good points were the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was quiet and facilities were good. The bad were there were 3, however the room was only set up for 2, however this was rectified when we asked. The complimentary water we were told was always 2 didn't matter if there were 3. The room service was haphazard the beds were not made properly or the dishes washed would have preferred no one to enter the room at all for what was done.”

“The rooms are great. But the process to get there was awful. I booked using Expedia 3 weeks out and chose the pay at check in option. Received a welcome letter via Expedia from the property and nothing else. Upon arrival, I was informed that they had cancelled my reservation 5 hours prior to my arrival and were fully booked. After some unfortunate choice words, I was finally able to get a room. The property itself is great, the parking is non existent.”

“A great stay, room was very cosy”

“1 bedroom apartment excellent value for money . Location perfect. Parking a challenge but reasonable ok. Apartment had everything needed and very clean .”

“Had to ask for the room to be cleaned/serviced during the stay. Nowhere to take the rubbish, and dispose of it. No storage in the room for clothing for an extended stay. No place to store suitcase in the bedrooms to elevate from the floor (no rack to sit case on)”

“Hotel nuevo, muy limpio dentro de un centro comercial con muchas facilidades, restaurantes, cafes y supermecados a unod pasos”
