“This was the most unorganized, unprofessional, completely incompetent establishment. Check-in was a nightmare, retrieving parking passes that had been forgotten by the two over worked employees, while four others stood around, was a pain. We stayed lakeside and every day the key cards to all five rooms wouldn’t work and had to drive back to check in to replace them. There were more than 2,000 spiders that came out at night on our floor, hanging above our heads. It was what nightmares are...

“The owners were great, as was the breakfast. The room we were in - Willow Cottage was terrific, lots of amenities you don't find every trip, and anything we needed the owners helped with. The Inn is on a cute street with a number of other BNB type places and Inns, and is on the historic loop in Eureka Springs. However the traffic was light and not a bother. We highly recommend.”

“I liked the location but the second bathroom was not in the bedroom and one of the chairs near the couch was extremely filthy and stained, and did not have enough toilet paper for both bathrooms, we had to purchase more! Loved the Master bedroom and bathroom, loved the patio, washer and dryer! Did not like all the steps getting down to the condo, and had a family above us that had children that ran through it all night constantly heavy walking around also”

“It was a perfect week close to everything and all the attractions. Only thing we missed was possibly a grill so we could have stayed in and grilled one day. But it was a great place to call home for a few days”
