“The idea of the landing is great but the building needs to do a better job with cleaning and maintenance the apartment better. . The place wasn’t the cleanest , a roach came from behind the stove while cooking , its holes in the doors , the shower makes a weird noise as if water is going to gush out at any moment, one of the window don’t completely close so you can hear all the outside noise . . overall the place is okay. . Keel in mind it is downtown Orlando next to a bus terminal so sleep is...

“Spacious quiet apartment in the heart of downtown Orlando. Was a large apartment, nice washer and dryer, comfy bed, large bathroom. Really great for an extended stay. We loved that we could walk everywhere; restaurants, countless coffee shops, kava bar, bars, grocery store. Everything. There is a convenience store downstairs, which also came in handy. Also used the gym, which was nice and newer equipment.”

“Very beautiful property. All furniture, appliances, flooring, tile looks like it was newly renovated. Ocean view property. A few steps away from the beach. One of the best properties i have stayed on. It felt good to stay and felt sad to leave. I will book this place again in the future.”

“Great place -needs some TLC and definitely needs a new sliding glass door and updated decor but so convenient to beach and market across the street with some little shops! Very relaxing! Equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay! Perfect little family getaway with our teens!”

“Everything was SUPER....The only thing they need to mention is that its not a short walk to the beach...and they could use some sort of carts for loading your items from your car to the condo. I recommend this place to anyone!! Thank you for the nice stay. Larry and Tammy”
