Very friendly staff. Beautiful property. Breathtaking view of the Bay. The complementary breakfast was really good. Good wine and beer at the bar. The only thing is that this time our suite was located on the main floor. We could hear every conversation happening at the lobby, which means room privacy was not ideal. We'd definitely come back but we'll make sure to book a different suite.

Beautiful historic waterfront property where we watched dolphins every morning as we ate our delicious breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Lots of attention to detail every where you looked. The location was close to Daytona which was perfect for our two days at Rockville. The New Smyrna public beach was so close and an excellent place to relax. We would 100% stay here again!

From the time we arrived until we left the next morning everything was perfect! Audrey who checked us in showed us the entire property and was so friendly and helpful. I called the day before we arrived to confirm our reservation and mentioned that it was my husband’s birthday. When Audrey took us to our room there was a complimentary bottle of wine waiting. The room was spectacular with so much detail and nothing left to chance. The water view from our balcony came complete with dolphin sightings. We will absolutely return to this beautiful place. Thank you for making it such an unforgettable experience.
