It was good for one night. Best part of the stay was the service, including very helpful and friendly valet staff. It’s just an old hotel, so expect what may come with that. Not much modernization has been done, but everything worked well enough.

Nice staff, easy check in and out. Clean, quiet. The only inconvenience is that you have to pay for parking and breakfast is not included, for the nightly rate, that’s a bit unfortunate. Otherwise, a good stay.

A pet-friendly option in downtown Orlando. Was there for business, so wasn’t in the hotel most of the day. Near the Sun rail and major highway, so the noise is quite evident at night. It is a bit dated for my taste, and could be maintained better. Staff was very helpful and requests were addressed immediately.

Property is in desperate need of refurbishment. It's not dirty, but you can tell it's really old and outdated. Remote control did not work, toilet handle would not flush but after I called the desk they sent someone quickly to take care of both issues. Staff was super helpful and friendly. You have to pay for parking but it's only $4 more for valet service. Might as well get it and let them retrieve you car fromthe parking garage. Valet at check out was super nice, after he retrieved my vehicle he loaded all of our luggage and opened and closed the passenger door for my wife. I would stay here again.

The place was very clean, a bit dated but well maintained. The staff was great. The ice machine on our floor was out of order and that was inconvenient - also the elevator is very old, loud and slow. But the location is great and the price is affordable, so if you need a clean place to crash, the good service made up for the older facility.
