Hoteles de 4 estrellas en Fairhope

“From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel as though we didn’t belong. When we pulled up to check in, a valet attendant told us we couldn’t park in the front because they were expecting a "large group." We were forced to park near the exit—a bizarre way to treat paying hotel guests. Things only got worse when we went to grab a luggage cart. An attendant asked us if we were actually staying there. Why else would someone need a luggage cart? As we headed to our room, we were stopped again...

“I love the evening experience.”

“Everything it's good”

“Todos los detalles y la ubicación excelente ”

“I received several emails from the company prior to our trip . I called at 230 to see if we could get early check in . The lady said that if I had not received an email or text with the code to the door, then that meant I could not so we waited at the condo pool until the code was supposed to come through at 4 o’clock. At 4:10 I called to let them know that I have not received the code when check-in was supposed to be at four. The guy I spoke with told me that we did not receive the code...

“So peaceful!!! And very clean. Everything we needed with a beautiful bay view!! We will definitely be coming back!! ;) 5 stars for sure!!”

“Nice room, good view. Could use a fresh coat of paint. Love the unexpected extras-umbrellas, beach chairs found in closet ( probably left by previous renters)”

“It was good weather the first two days but after it was raining but it was indoor pool for my kid it was fine”

“Stay away from this lipstick on a pig property. Miles away from any beach and everything else for that matter, not clean and horrible customer service. The unit is poorly marked took me 40 minutes once I got to the "address" to find it. The ceiling fan in the living room didn't work, and its in the 90s everyday, the a/c vents have black mold in them, there's splatter, probably urine, on the side of the vanity by the stool. Trash under furniture and the refrigerator has rust all down the side....

“Such a warm welcome by Dana and Jim and the entire staff! Such a beautiful property with charm and character. Amazing delicious and healthy breakfast options! Will come back!”

“The condo was clean (dated, but clean) and check in was a breeze, but that is where the "good stuff" ends. There are countless small things about the condo that made our stay less enjoyable than it should have been. The condo we stayed in had burned out light bulbs, the ceiling fan in the bedroom was stuck on high, the water pressure in the bedroom bathroom was very poor, the countertop just in front of the sink was broken and raised on one side (which creates a safety hazard), the lighting for...

“Lack of handicap parking, very slow elevator(s) when working, $50 per day beach chair fee (extortive price).”
