“I had a lovely stay at this beautiful property”

“The staff are very lovely but the rooms do need to be updated as beds are not very comfortable. Also, would appreciate if there was a coffee machine in the breakfast area, water at reception on arrival too.”

Hotel silencioso.”

“I honestly would give this a 3.5 rating instead of a 4, but it wasn't an option. This hotel is in a good location, but the rooms are very dated. The furniture is worn and tired. The baseboards, doors, and carpets are dented or torn. The upsides to the hotel are the restaurant and bar are great. The food, drinks and staff were all wonderful. I would not stay here again until they've updated the rooms.”

“The staff were super nice and helpful. We were a little disappointed in the state of the hotel as it looks a little run down. The pictures make it look nicer than it is. Our bathroom had a broken tile, and the shower layout was tight for one person and got water all over the floor. We paid for a seaweed bath which wasn’t bad. I wouldn’t say it was worth the money. We were able to use the hot tub and sauna for free because we purchased one of the bath treatments but they charge $30 for anyone...

“Noreen and Michael were excellent hosts who were willing to go the extra step to make our stay special and made us feel at home straight away. Thoroughly enjoyed the continental breakfast which set us up for the day's adventure. The BnB is an easy 10 minute walk into town to enjoy some local food, drink and music.”

“Well run hotel in good location to Westport’s attractions. ”

“Taking a short break in Mayo, following a wedding. Wonderful peaceful location, superb Irish breakfast. Friendly, charming, helpful and informative host. Wifi available, but no TV in room which didn't worry us in the slightest - just encouraged us to switch off. Easy reach of Westport and Newport, but extensive roadworks and contraflow on the road into Westport were a minor inconvenience. Finding a table at a restaurant for dinner locally can be challenging notwithstanding plethora of...
