“All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. There was an issue with our room (bad smell). The hotel manager Shai immediately upgraded us to another room and the issue was solved. Beds were comfortable and cozy, bathroom was spacious, clean, with nice amenities. Would highly recommend!”

“Needed a place to stay in downtown MKE, the famous Doubletree warm cookie upon checkout and 2 free water bottles in the room were welcome after a long day of traveling. Shawn/Shaun at the front desk was AMAZING and another front desk associate also allowed me to check in early due to my room being ready hours before 3 PM! Great group of people.”
