“The breakfast quality was very poor. It gave me a tummy ache so I stopped going for breakfast. The choices were not great. Cleanliness in the room is substandard- beds and sofa dirty and sheets cheap quality. The decor old and depressing. The surrounding area is unsafe and the crowd unpleasant.”

“De maravilla. Lo recomiendo ampliamente,, desayuno muy completo y delicioso. Super limpio, personal atento y servicial. Buen precio.”

“Beautiful property with lovely staff, service was excellent and the room was perfectly finished. Would definitely recommend for those visiting bandra!”

“The staff are helpful. The food is excellent. We had half board and both the breakfast and dinner had a good spread. They also arranged for transport to Imagicaa. The rooftop infinity pool is a good place to view the sunset. Minor quibble about only one roll of toilet paper provided for a family of four. But this was resolved quickly.”

“Good and spacious room, comfortable bed. Kind staff. Breakfast was varied and with minute-made omelets. Ideal location.”

“I had to leave 3 days into a 10 day stay after a security incident and hotel refused to process refund ”

“La alberca piso 6 ocupada 2 dias seguidos para evento privado y no pudimos usarla, INJUSTO PARA LOS QUE SOMOS HUÉSPEDES ”

“It's in Colaba which makes it super nice and touristy. It is an old hotel and you can see that.”

“This hotel is well located and the upgraded room I had was very comfortable, with an elegant Indian aesthetic. I would gave given a higher rating if there hadn't been a cigarette odor in my nonsmoking room. I called the front desk and was assured that the rooms around me were all non smoking so perhaps this is not enforced. The gym is ok but small and could be a bit better arranged. Breakfast was healthy and good”

“Breakfast was really good”

“Scrumptiously clean room. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Perfect air conditioning. Very family friendly, and plenty of shops nearby. I highly recommend Hotel Heritage for my family and friends. Edward from Ohio”

“The staff are extremely polite and helpful. They always had a smile on their face and went above and beyond to make the stay wonderful. However the property itself is not worthy of being called 4 star. Extremely dirty rooms which haven't been cleaned properly in a long time. There was dust everywhere. Small fruitflies like insects everywhere in the room. The amenities like showers, cabinets, lamps etc haven't been cleaned or replaced ever.”

“La limpieza en general era deficiente ”

“Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly, shops were nearby, Churchgate station 10 minutes walk.”
