The hotel is very convenient fort the Fort area, for shpping and restaurants. Hotel is very basis. Rooms are very small, breakfast area is very limited and they do not offer any sort of inhouse dining. Price is reasonable for the area A 3 star rating is appropriate

Loved the Residency hotel. Very centrally located for south mumbai, with convenient access to everything south mumbai has to offer. We booked the heritage large room and were happy with the room size and comfort. The staff is also super helpful and everyone is very welcoming. I would definitely pick the Residency for my stay again in the future in Mumbai without any hesitation!

Good value. It's not luxury, but it's cheap, clean and in a perfect location. And good air conditioning. The best part about this hotel are the friendly and helpful staff, both on the reception and in the breakfast room. Really good service and make you feel so welcome. Thank you.

The hotel was recently renovated. It’s clean, breakfast is great and the staff is professional and friendly. The best part is its location within Mumbai: you can walk to all major sights and there’s a metro station a few meters from the hotel.

Room was very clean and in good condition . Unfortunately it was impossible to open the curtains as we faced a brick wall two feet away, so no natural light. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, with complimentary tea and coffee whenever you wanted.Easy 20 minutes walk to the gate of India, and museums.

The room was great and the staff were amazing. Some of the nicest and friendliest staff who are worth choosing this hotel to stay at just to meet. Balu greeted us and served us coffee each morning and chatting with him was one of our favorite parts of Mumbai.
