“We were in room 202. Staff was very helpful and the building is beautiful. The room has an Updated bathroom with a walk in shower. There is an Elevator to the floor which was nice. Unfortunately, There is a window ceiling height in the bathroom. When someone goes to the bathroom in the night the light is bright in the bedroom. The bed is very comfortable but creaky. The fridge also makes a noise that is not normal. We had an amazing breakfast! The French toast was scrumptious. The...

“We loved our room! There was a problem with the blind. It wouldn't lift, but the concierge came to help us lift it. The beds, linens, towels were lovely. The robes were luxurious. The restaurant and breakfast we high-end; the food delicious! We will definitely be back! Thank you!”

“La habitación se encontraba limpia, fue en el tercer piso, el personal siempre amable y que ofrecen café gratuito en la mañana. Había una pequeña televisión en el cuarto, tenía buen internet.”

“The vintage feel of the property would be the highlight staying here. The location is good - walking easy to the main downtown and to the Avon theatre. The room was basic but comfortable and included robes and a coffee station. And the restaurant is an added bonus as it serves delicious options in an authentic atmosphere.”

“Overall, I really enjoyed our stay at Bentley's. Location is perfect. It's downtown, there is free parking out back, and the restaurant and bar is great. The people at the desk also work the bar, and they're very friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms have deadbolts, not cards, so you get a key to your room. The room we had was absolutely pristine--no dust, carpet stains, bad smells, or anything else, nicely decorated and equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishes, silverware and glasses,...

“We had a great stay at this Home2 Suites by Hilton. The hotel is new, clean, and well maintained, with spacious rooms and friendly, welcoming staff. While it’s not a luxury hotel, it delivers exactly what you would expect from the brand and does it very well. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and a great option for anyone looking for a clean, modern hotel with good service.”

“Perfect location, helpful staff”

“Location to the downtown core, which is so convenient to restaurants and shops. Clean, comfortable room. Fun decor. One hallway to a good little Cafe and another to a pub. Love staying there. Frankly you could park your car and wander everywhere.”

“Beautiful room, comfy bed, nice bathroom and a lovely breakfast included. Easy walk to the small downtown for a bite to eat.”

“Excellent b&b. Enjoyed hot tub, breakfast, and hosts.”

“The host and hostess very friendly served a wonderful breakfast we return in the future”

“This is a beautiful home in a country location but an easy quick drive to Stratford for the theater. The breakfast was delicious and our hosts were warm and welcoming. Would definitely return if we come this way again. ”

“Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is in the heart of Stratford which makes for easy walks to dining, shopping and entertainment venues. Parking is safe and onsite. The hotel is over 100 years old so we weren’t expecting modern amenities found in newer properties. That said our room was clean and functional but it is in need of a refresh; rusty shower head that doesn’t allow for adjustment a heater that likely wouldn’t work well on a really cold night. Corridor...

“The room was clean, and the staff was helpful - but the space itself was like a boarding house. Not at all in keeping with what one would expect for 2026. I booked the room thinking I was paying in Canadian dollars at $235/night- and was shocked by that price when I saw it in person. BUT: When I learned a few days later that it was $235 USD - $344.90 CAD - I was livid. No place that looks like this has any right to charge almost $350 per night. I would totally encourage you stay there if...
