We stayed at this motel for a trip to Stratford. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the property was quiet, with ample parking. It was on the main drag to the center of Stratford, with several places to eat around it. A good alternative when seeing a show in Stratford.

For the price, it can't be beat. Rooms were comfortable and charming. Older decor, but well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. Pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Staff were courteous and very helpful. The only complaint would be the bathroom lighting. Very dim.

Good location. 8 minutes by car to downtown along a main strip. We tried to extend our stay via Expedia. That was a waste of time of time. We contact the hotel directly. That was much easier. Expedia gets 1 star!

Parking was easy, air conditioning worked well. Room was dated and not what was expected. Our previous stay at the Rodeway was in the annex and it was a much nicer room than room 417. We felt much more comfortable and safe in the annex. Room 417 felt like we were not part of the hotel. Would not stay there again if we were in that part of the hotel.

Thanks to new ownership the Rodeway Inn has made improvments over the last year. Many rooms have been renovated and large indoor pool area has been cleaned up. There is also a restaurant/bar on site again with basic pub food ( not owned or allfiliated with the Hotel) Lots of parking for larger vehicles like straight trucks, not accessible to 18 wheelers though. Overall good value for the money
