“Clean and the staff was friendly”

“Great staff.”

“Nice place. Clean and as advertised”

“We had an enjoyable stay here for 2 nights in the Rosemary suite. We were extra fortunate that the other suites in the building were not occupied so we had all of the common areas to ourselves. Everything was comfy, the kitchen has very nice appliances though no ice. The Market is a block away and a good place to grab a bite. One word of warning for booking through Expedia: make sure you get the door codes before you arrive; there is no front desk to check in at.”

“The cabin is just as described. Cute, clean and cozy. Beautiful inside and out. The staff were helpful and very friendly.”

“Be aware that this room is located on a busy narrow street in Hinton with lots of traffic noise. We had trouble accessing our room because the keyless entry system was not programmed correctly. We had to contact the host and have him come out to let us in.”

“everything is good.”

“The cabin was fine except for the one issue I had with the cleanliness. The dishwasher was full of half clean dishes. I say half clean because the dishwasher had been run, but the many of the dishes were not clean. “The place was very nice. Easy to get to… it was nice for our large group. The kitchen was well equipped, and the closing instructions were very clear… would be great for a larger group..”

“I got this place for a few nights. My main gripe is that the bed pictures are misleading. The pictures shows the bed and pillows oriented with a headboard but that’s actually the side of the bed. It’s not even a full size bed. It is 6’ long opposed to a standard 7’ long mattress, so with no headboard, my feet were hanging off the bed and I’m not tall. Very uncomfortable for two people. The owner lives above and you can hear them very clearly to the point you can hear them walking, talking,...

“Booked for a relaxing birthday vacation away from busy life in NY. The day of our arrival (hours before arriving) we were informed that the hot tub isn't working and won't be for at least another week. This was very disappointing because the hot tub was the only reason we booked here. We made the best of it and enjoyed the New River Gorge and it's many hikes. (We very much enjoyed everything, beyond beautiful!) We booked 3 days but ended up leaving the night before checkout due to no means of...
