“The hotel is located in an area close to many things. The cleanliness of the room was not good; one of the bed blankets had blood on it, as if it hadn't been changed. We were tired and didn’t have the energy to go to the main lobby to ask for a room change, so we opted to just request a clean sheet. There was hair in the bathtub, which makes me think it wasn’t cleaned very well. The beds were comfortable, but I don’t think they are queen size; they seem more like full size because they’re small....

“I requested to use the pool later during check out on Jan 19. Usually in most of the hotels we stayed they offer too use the facilities but not the room, of course. Unfortunately the lady at the reception says no after check out. In the order hand, the gentleman on Jan 17 was extremely kind and professional. ”
