“I was so to stay at the hotel the week before and the dates got messed up because of this I had to get another hotel I also tried to reschedule because I couldn't get a refund I tried multiple times and couldn't get it done I would never recommend this to anyone”

“The people in the next room they were having laugh music and noises and I call 3 times and they did not do anything and it was 3 am and there were making noises”

“Excelente hotel, buena ubicación, tranquilo, seguro, muy confortables las camas, buen desayuno que cambia algunas opciones cada día ”

“Everything was nice and clean. They had two drawers that would stay closed outside of that everything was good. Loud music on Saturday but closed down by 10. Good location near Westgate. Staff was wonderful from cleaning lady to office staff. Couldn’t get the television to work quick response and problem solved. This was one of the cleanest and quietest places we have stayed. Will use again if in Williamsburg.”
