Staff was great. Super nice and accommodating. But the ac in the first room did not work. The second room was not clean ( food left in the fridge, dead bugs). Just was not what we were expecting from reviews. But sorta cute???

Well it was going pretty good until we got to the room where while they had a tv but we were unable to change the channel and then we were having issues with the toilet not flushing and the sink just holding water like it was clogged

Room was clean its older place so expect that but ive stayed at more than 5 hotel around Williamsburg in last month and for the price definitely the beat one honestly its better than some that were 20 to 30 more than here staff has been friendly room is clean looks well taken care of

2nd time staying here and our go to when visiting the williamsburg area. close to busch gardens. check in quick and painless and front desk staff very friendly. only negative is beds are on the firmer side but are not uncomfortable.
