“We had a large room with a wonderful view of the winding river and beyond. Staff excellent; friendly and extremely helpful. Food was good altough the dining room was a bilt lacking in character. Very good location.”

“Paid full price for a different room. It looks nothing like the advertised pictures. When we complained, a staff member named Fahim was incredibly rude, dismissive, and non-apologetic. He refused to help, claimed they just have "different suites," and aggressively told us to take it up with Expedia. Shocking customer service. Avoid. Moreover it impacted my children's travel plan as they choose the suite and found it to be only a room.l, which they call suite.”

“Excelente lugar para descansar. Inmejorable atención.”

“Fantastic hotel and pub, very cosy and set in a fab location. The room we stayed in was delightful, very large with great amenities. Food was very tasty and the breakfast was plentiful and hot with a good variety of continental and hot breakfast items to choose from (full English including veggie option). Great to have onsite parking too. Will definitely be back thanks!”

“I was in a single room, basic but clean. The hotel does need a refresh, and that is planned for next year. There is a gym guests can use, and spa treatments are also available (payable) in the Serenity Suite, a separate business on site. Staff were welcoming and very helpful.”

“The room was clean and comfortable- bed a bit low and no armchair to sit in. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff were helpful and very friendly”

“Our stay was lovely thank you. The room and food were great.”

“This Inn is not quite everything it was built up to be in previous reviews but still a good value choice. Location-wise it is well situated for access to the surrounding towns, particularly Hereford, though one should note that it sits right on the main road and this does lead to quite some road noise until late at night and from early in the morning. The room I slept in was very simple with a tiny bathroom but it was clean and perfectly acceptable for the price charged (which included a full...
