Hoteles de 3 estrellas en Lagoi

“Poorly maintained. Infestation of cockcoraches!”

“Rooms are very basic. The linens were not very clean and had stains on them. There was also no view from the window. The staff were not helpful at all. I would recommend looking for other places to stay in the area.”

“The room was really dirty, from Toilet,Window , wardrobe and the interior,, it worse than 1 star Hotel. The pool was full of Non-Hotel resident, heard from them they just be there for swimming leason, the pools water was dirty and no towel provided for hotel-Resident. The Lobby, there were no Aircon as well and the restaurant where we had breakfast the menu was limited and very hot as well, it seems the Aircon was not opened Lastly I felt no-safe, the lift can be access by anyone, no need card...

“Friendly Staff”

“Location wise, nothing in Pollux mall except one children indoor playzone. Nothing else. Prepare to travel out. Room, 11th floor wifi not working. Couldnt connect at all. Water tap in the kitchen area seem to turn on itself. Aircon is working fine. Room, 15th floor wifi on and off. Aircon is noisy, seems that have nit been service for awhile. Overall, average for the price i paid. Believe hotel would be more worth it.”

“수건이 너무 낡았습니다. 3-4년도 더 된듯 낡았어요. 그리고 호텔 조식은 너무 맛이 없었고, 서버는 차와 커피를 구분하지 못해서 고객에게 냄새로 확인하라고 합니다.”

“Good helpfull”

“Decent basic apartment. Wayfinding to the entrance could be clearer”

“As much as it is on the other side of Bintan, the serene and beautiful scenery truly makes up for it. Everything was very convenient, and staff were very attentive.”

“It was my first time in this property. It was generally a good place to stay. Very well maintained and clean. The weekend crowd made the place super congested. The blasting music from nearby at 7am doesn't make a sleep in possible. A let down was the lack of bedding and so you get strictly only 1 pillow per person, which I found unusual.”

“Great experience ~ very unique! Worth a try for something out of the ordinary with excellent hospitality!”

“Location good. Lobby service good too. ”

“Clean”

“Kamer was vuil, communicatie verliep niet vlot. Geen ontbijtbuffet.”

“Despite being a hotel that is quite old, we appreciate that the room was renovated to a modern look and we like the beddings and stuff. However the bathroom was a let down because sewage odour kept escaping through the floor traps. To cover the smell, the housekeeping use urinal mat, commonly used in public men's toilet urinals, as deodoriser, making not only the bathroom but the whole room (in fact the whole floor) to smell like public toilet.”
