“Kettle in room was dirty brown yellowy in the bottom asked for it to be cleaned to be told it had been cleaned so was unable to make a brew in the room. Breakfast was ok although fried egg was not cooked properly very snotty. Boiled eggs uncooked today. The woman had bad attitude the way she spoke to guest blunt and rude. Would not stay here again.”

When we arrived at the facility, around 3 pm, there was nobody at the facility to help us with the check-in. We rang the bell and there was no response. We were foreign tourists and we didn't have phone connection to call at a UK number. Ultimately, a friend had to do a long distance call to reach the owners and help us get into the hotel.
