“Poor experience. No towels were in the room when we arrived, the facilities are clearly aging and not well maintained, and we got food poisoning from the room service. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The pictures were quite deceiving.”

“Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The room was extremely small and located in the basement near the pool, which made it quite noisy throughout the stay. The service was also poor, and overall the experience did not meet my expectations. Considering the amount I paid, I expected much better value, comfort, and customer service. I hope the hotel takes guest feedback seriously and works on improving both the quality of the rooms and the overall guest experience for future travelers.”
