“I had room 524 on the fifth floor. Shower water never got hot and I waited a good five minutes. The air conditioning/heating system would not heat. The pillows were obviously very dusty as I am allergy sensitive to dust. In general, it seemed this room hadn’t been slept in in a while or had not been well cleaned. Very good breakfast! Desk service at check-in was not very friendly and very mediocre. Feel like I deserve a refund.”

“I got this place for a few nights. My main gripe is that the bed pictures are misleading. The pictures shows the bed and pillows oriented with a headboard but that’s actually the side of the bed. It’s not even a full size bed. It is 6’ long opposed to a standard 7’ long mattress, so with no headboard, my feet were hanging off the bed and I’m not tall. Very uncomfortable for two people. The owner lives above and you can hear them very clearly to the point you can hear them walking, talking,...

“Booked for a relaxing birthday vacation away from busy life in NY. The day of our arrival (hours before arriving) we were informed that the hot tub isn't working and won't be for at least another week. This was very disappointing because the hot tub was the only reason we booked here. We made the best of it and enjoyed the New River Gorge and it's many hikes. (We very much enjoyed everything, beyond beautiful!) We booked 3 days but ended up leaving the night before checkout due to no means of...

“This was easily the most beautifully designed, clean, and accessible rental I’ve ever stayed in. Our goal was to take a weekend trip to New River Gorge National Park and maybe visit a State Park - we accomplished that SO easily with the location of our rental, but it was also beautiful, clean, and homey. An incredibly comfy & cozy spot, and it even seemed larger than the pictures gave it credit for. I would recommend a trip to Bridge Brew for those staying here as all - super quick trip to an...
