“There were no towels in the room and of course I never realized it till after I finished showering. I called down to the front deck and it took them over 10 minutes to bring me towels and they only gave me two bath towels. No hand towels or face cloths. The lady who brought the two towels told me that they get busy and that’s why there were no towels. At checkout I asked at the front deck what they could do about my experience and they told me nothing but I could send an email to someone...
