The fantasyland hotel is very well kept. Our room was very clean and the kids loved the bunkbeds. Only complaint would be it was hard to find the entrance from the parking lot (or at least where we parked). Staff was very helpful when we were there, they let us leave our bags until check in time and sent a text when our room was ready.

Was a great stay but we had a room with a door adjoining the next room. Unlucky for us, we got very loud, noisy neighbours. That was the only downfall.

The location is great. The beds and pillows are sacked out and worn down.$400 a night for a regular room should have better beds and pillows.

The rooms were large and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bath lighting was terrible. There needs to be lights over the sink not just around the mirror. The one most irritating thing was how long you had to wait for an elevator.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing, we will definitely be back!! Room was great, clean and spacious. The staff were incredible and the breakfasts that we ordered up to the room were delicious! It was really nice staying in the mall, so close to the water park and all the amenities that the mall offers.
