I loved the service right from the bellman and the valet parking. Front desk personal were friendly, the Roman room was over the top. Comfy bed loved the grandeur of the room. The restraunt food was great. And checkout was easy! Will definitely go again.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing, we will definitely be back!! Room was great, clean and spacious. The staff were incredible and the breakfasts that we ordered up to the room were delicious! It was really nice staying in the mall, so close to the water park and all the amenities that the mall offers.

Fantasyland was very convenient for my family. We went shopping for school clothes and my teenagers took their time shopping plus we attended Waterpark and movies. We didn't leave the mall all weekend.

Staff were so kind and helpful. The hotel is getting dated style wise, but room was comfortable, clean and cool views. We travelled with our dog, and there was no outdoor space. It was concrete everywhere. Nothing they can fix, but just a tip for others. It was highly inconvenient trying to find space for her.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Very clean place, easy to park, and the food was amazing! My only thing is about how slow the elevator seemed to be. They don't have a service elevator so the staff had to share with guests (which was fine, they were lovely to talk to) it just slowed things down for them I found. We will definitely stay here again!

It was an amazing theme especially to my son's experience and warmed welcome from the front desk. . But it seems the room was'nt well maintained because it was a stinky and not clean properly, missing exhaust fan, overall stay is not satisfied.
