“Friendly reception and service. Room was non-smoking but one could notice it had been smoking before, every time at entering the room. Comfortable bed. It's clear the bathroom had been renovated, but why wasn't at least one hook installed to hang towel and/or clothes? Very frustrating, moreover as the (gliding) door wasn't of any help here either.”

No estoy muy conforme con las reservas que hice en otros Hoteles y que Hoteles.com no ha hecho nada para que me las reembolsaran debido a que no he podido viajar a Tailandia...
