Hoteles de 3 estrellas en Broad Town

“Very dirty hotel – nothing like the pictures I have never been so disappointed with a hotel. The pictures on Expedia look nothing like the hotel we arrived at. The whole place was dirty, smelled terrible and looked very run-down. I honestly cannot understand how this is advertised as a three-star hotel. The hotel was previously used to accommodate asylum seekers, but from what I saw, it looked as though it had never been properly renovated after they left. The walls were dirty, scratched and...

Recepcionista poco resolutiva. ”

“establishment needs updating disabled access poor only one ramp available out in car park otherwise difficult steps to maneuver, very disappointing for a few years ago was excellent. The meals left a lot to be desired continental breakfast was good but full english breakfast was awful, once tried and never again, plenty of establishment had a much better quality. carpets in bedrooms could do with a steam clean !! “Good size rooms with a balcony . Comfy beds . Tea and making coffee facilities. Some rooms allow dogs if you book ahead. Excellent choice for breakfast.”

“Great value for money, clean facilities and friendly staff. Had a good nights sleep.”

“They did not pickup the phone and did not lot us in, despite we called in advanced to confirm our arrival time and they told us they had a 24h doorman. Luckily another place nearby was still open and gave us a place to sleep, otherwise we would have been in trouble.”

“La recepción es muy fastidiosa ”

“I’d booked and paid for a room via Expedia. When I arrived I was told that I would not be staying there as they were fully booked and they had no rooms available. They claimed that there had been a change of ownership/management the week before and even though I myself had only booked two days before my arrival they denied any knowledge of my booking. I was left trying to find an alternative place to stay at 7pm on a Saturday night. Beware of pre booking if this is how they now treat guests....
