Couldn’t ask for more

Only had one night, but the staff couldn’t have been friendlier, the evening meal in the restaurant was really good and the room was spacious and comfortable. Very happy

The woman at check in was absolutely wonderful! The room was not. The mattress was horrible. The sheets were stained. The bathroom door lock had been changed but not finished. The shower curtain was moldy. The shower was moldy. Just not good.

As a 3 star hotel the roomswere not clean towel were changed after 3 days the food menu was very sparse meals over priced Noise frlm the lift. I would think twice before staying again. Nice litte town but lots of coffee shops and and second hand shops

This is a pleasant, comfortable hotel nea the center of the Chippenham village. We enjoyed the simple English Breakfast. The staff was friendly and courteous. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

Good place to stay in Chippenham.

Good facilities, Breakfast was good and a lot to choos from. Bed were comfortable and the pool and facilities were good. Room a mixture of new and old bathroom looked newer but needed more love and care on cleanliness front. Overall enjoyed our stay.
