“The staff were very welcoming. The room was modern and very clean. Nicely done and well presented. Bedding and towels will not be to everyones taste, but functional. Everything good, but the rooms seem to be split larger rooms. Not sure how they are divided but everytime I dozed off the adjoining room had someone coughing that was really loud. Not sure if this is something that they can rectify. The restaurant food was excellent as well. Very good quality and value for money. ”

“The property is very nice - good location for my visit to Tottenham Stadium to see a concert - it is approx half an hour walk- the only issue I had as a light sleeper was that due to no carpets in the room there was quite a lot of noise from guests walking about upstairs - otherwise all good 😊”

It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. So had really big problem finding place then arrived with no code for key safe box. Place overall was mess full of cabin crew yungsters partying, fair enough they were helpful as they contacted landlord so I got a room key. I received email with check in details next day…”
