“Excellent value for money nice clean room friendly staff”

“Great parking. Near to the city. Easy check in and very welcoming but our room was tired and the bathroom was not very clean. The bedding and towels were clean but I thought that one pillow per person wasn’t sufficient. Biscuits in the room was a nice touch.”

“Terrible experiencia. Se les llamó oportunamente para indicar que se llegaría un poco más tarde por las condiciones del camino y nos rechazaron, sin ninguna consideración. Nos dijeron que se cancelaria el Cargo ya que no no Podríamos hacer el checkin, pero en realidad después de ellos Mismo no permitirnos llevar, si hicieron el cargo por lo que termiron cobrando noches de hotel que no se utilizaron… consideramos un simple abuso. En contraste en el Hotel Carlton a pocas cuadras de allí nos...

“The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy and had more than could be expected.”

“Couldn't get hot tap to turn on in bathroom had a job with cold tap did manage to turn it on but had a job to turn off kept running so took several attempts to turn off”

“Old fashioned property with heaps of charm. Big room and easy check in”

“This was the perfect place to stay for a special event at nearby Wymondham College. I was warmly (well, it was during the heatwave!) and cheerfully greeted by Tracey. My room was clean, well-prepared and provided me with all the facilities I required. It was extremely competitively priced. My thanks to the staff concerned for their part in a really memorable weekend.”

“Poor maintenance of the property ”

“The hotel is now shut down and has been for two months”

“Worst so called hotel ever, wouldn’t deem it fit for prisoners. Firstly took over an hour to access as there’s no staff on site despite claims there is staff. Smashed tv with broken glass, kettle didn’t work and kept switching off,no smoke alarm, huge crack in the outside pane of the window, hole in the bathroom door, the room was beyond freezing, shower didn’t work, uncomfortable bed full of springs, pillows paper thin, and no proper duvet just a paper thin shiny sheet. When staff did come in the...

“Got there ”

“Clean room, perfect for our overnight stay .”

“It’s not a hotel, it’s a lodging house No facilities, no breakfast”

“IT'S A SCAM HOTEL, It's totally run down with the local council shut down and a locked notice on the front door. I couldn't even step in because the frontage was dirty, broken, old and overground with weed. A man came out with his stuff and said he was also scammed and had to go sleep in his car for the night. Horrible”

“Photos don't do this place justice. I had a very comfortable stay in their cosy studio. Very clean. High quality bedding. Plenty channels on the smart tv. Fast reliable wifi and good cooking facilities.”

“Great stay! The staff were super friendly, helpful, and responded very quickly. The rooms are neat and tidy, and while not very big, they’re perfectly adequate for one person. The communal area with an air fryer and microwave is also very convenient. It’s also just a minute walk to the beach! Very good location. Overall, a lovely place for a solo stay!”

“Do not book with this hotel. It has been closed down since 2023 and the company are still taking peoples money. I had to threaten them with the Police to receive a refund. They are part of the OYO group which is situated in India. They have at least 4 hotels in Great Yarmouth that are all closed down and are still taking bookings ”

“Acceptable accommodation for a short break and good location from which to explore North Norfolk. Banged my head on low hanging ceiling lights a dozen times in two days, fortunately no damage done. There is definitely room for improvement but wouldn’t want to complain too much as I think hosts are trying to make the best of a less than perfect situation.”
