Hoteles de 2 estrellas en Melkridge

“The hotel was closed; however, it was still selling rooms! We stayed outside in the middle of the night!”

“I booked and paid for 3 nights this week. Before arriving, I called the landline at about 11:45 no answer. On arrival just before the 3 pm check-in time the place was shut, doors locked and curtains drawn. Called the mobile number several times and messaged the mobile to inform the person I was waiting to check in. At about 15:30 I had to check into ANOTHER hotel as I had meetings in Corbridge at 16:15. On returning to Hexham I noted the pub was open and I spoke to the manager about the issues I...

“Great place great rooms great staff, breakfast choice also very good”

“You don't get good feeling when you get into the room and there weren't shampoo/body wash (delivered next morning). There is no reception and a call to the hotel, it was received by property manager. She mentioned that we didn't had the reservation from Expedia but upon insisting, she found it and took 10 mins to arrive for letting us in. For the price, it's not what I had expected from the room & amenities”

“Cabin was clean and tidy, lovely location,if I’m in the area again would definitely return ”

“We had a great time at Lanehead Old School - stopping here for one night as part of our C2C route. Lisa was beyond accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we were ok, fed and watered. Thank you Lisa for being so accommodating and welcoming.”

“Good location. Quiet. Cleanliness was improved upon request. Owner was unaware on the level of cleanliness provided by local contractors. Improved satisfactorily. Good play area for children. Walk around Derwent reservoir cannot be achieved due to areas of private land. Good birdwatching locations/huts.”

“Loved hearing the birds from the patio as the crewk attracts many species.”

“Lovely place, perfect for groups. Pool table was a hit. Only negative was the couches in the main room were a bit old and had the arm rest cushion had gone so it was just wood. Needs replacing. But that’s only minor.”

“The property is closed, this is an Expedia Scam”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Cote cottage and it was the perfect size for us. It had everything we wanted. It is slightly remote and peaceful but that's exactly what we wanted, however it's not far to get to local amenities. Check in was a smooth process. There is also free on-site parking for the car which was a must for us. The beds were comfy too. In the end, we were sad to leave. We will definitely look to coming back if we're in the area again!”

“Beautiful Location and Immaculate Cottage! Everything spot on. Just a 5 min walk from the Wedding Venue. Local Spar shop with everything you need (or forgot!). Hosts are easily contactable via email, text or phone. Highly recommend this Cottage. Definately stay again!”

“Great spot right in the center of Hexham, a short walk to shops, coffee, restaurants, the beautiful Hexham Abby and the town market, where we picked up snacks and fresh bread for a walk along Hadrian’s Wall on Market Day. Also a 2 minute walk from a car rental agency and on site parking, which allowed us to get to and from town via train from Newcastle, but still rent a car for a day trip out to the Northumbria coast to see Bamburgh Castle, the beaches and beach towns. The unit feels nearly...
