“I had bad luck. As soon as I arrived at my accommodation in the morning, I left my suitcase in the hostel hall because the course I had to attend was about to start, and I couldn’t check in until 4:00 PM. My course started at 2:00 PM and lasted until 7:30 PM, and supposedly I was allowed to check in until 10:00 PM. While getting ready to return to the hostel, I accidentally forgot a case full of materials in the hall, and it never showed up. Obviously, I can’t hold the hostel responsible for...
