Good location, with a pharmacy, grocery store and coffee shop just a couple minutes walk away. Easy to get closer to city central either by bus or taxi. The staff was very friendly. Felt secure and safe. Room (double bed room) was very tiny for two of us, bathroom felt like that of an RV camper. However we didn't spend much time there other than to sleep, so served its purpose.

It’s student accommodation, but very good value for the money & comfortable enough. Also was less then 10min bus ride (cost 2 euro) to temple bar.

TV is in common rooms. The bar next door parties pretty hard. It will be noisy. Buses are very walkable to anywhere and everywhere. Value for the money.

I guess I didn’t realize the rooms were student housing, so I shared a bathroom with another suite occupant. That was okay. No available cooling source in my room, windows opened a little bit, but no air circulation on this hot week. No extra towels in bathroom. Had to ask the concierge replenish the toilet paper. Staff were all very helpful and polite. I did enjoy my stay, but it felt more like a nice hostel than a hotel.

Great location, on the bus line, super easy to get into the main city especially with the unlimited 3-day bus pass. From the airport we took a bus that was covered by that pass and had to walk 20 mins, but if you’re willing to pay, the Dublin express airport bus was very easy. Two main criticisms to this otherwise lovely stay. First, you are NOT supposed to drink the water that is in your room, and this was not explained until our last day there. This might be the norm in Ireland but coming from a different country this was not normal to me and I learned too late that I had drank recycled bathroom water. Ew. There should be a sign in the bathroom or some kind of clear communication that the only water in your room is not safe to drink. Second, I stayed for 4 days and was doing a lot of physical activity (hikes, long walks of the city, etc.), and I was told that I could not have more than the one towel per person provided. They said you can only have another towel if you stay for 7 days. Seemed a bit ridiculous for an accommodation. Overall I had a good experience here. Would highly recommend and if you go here be sure to check out Hynes’ bar next door for live music with the locals.

So, this is not the most glamorous stay by any means. You are in a college dorm and so things are tight. However, for housing in Dublin right now, it is a very, very good value. The area felt safer than much of the city and was close to a bus station. The communal area was also very nice. And the hot water really works!

My stay was fun, the kitchen and living room had everything needed to have a warm and welcoming stay. The bedrooms were spacious but very dusty in certain places but overall well cleaned. A lot of space in the The Residence to be entertained in door and outdoor. The staff was more than accommodating and help. I’d like to shout to Fin and Simone for their excellent customer service, as well as Aaron for being an absolute Peach and loving to learn about Canadian culture.

It's just a student accommodation thats been opened up for use during the summer. It's a nice area. Felt very safe and has some food and shopping nearby. Probably a 20 minute walk from the station and city centre. The accompdation was nice, modern and comfortable. Not as good as a traditional hotel and definitely not as quiet/sound proof. When people entered the building the door opening and closing was very loud. They gave me 1 towel for a 4 night and said they'd charge me €5 for a clean towel. So from a hygienic point of view not good at all. It's a cheap enough accommodation but wouldn't stay again. It did what I needed it to.

Very good value for our first time in Dublin. This place is modern and bright and our room was very satisfactory and on the third floor (no elevator). It was a dorm room and we had bedding, pillows, towels , even tiny shampoo, soap, lotion to go with the tiny bathroom. Plenty of storage: wardrobe, drawers, desk, lamp, big window (didn’t open wide for obvious reasons), shelves in room and bathroom. The floor below us had a kitchen lounge, well appointed. We made use of the iron and ironing board, stove, fridge, dishes. There was a dishwasher but we hand washed. We left breakfast items in a bag in the fridge, nothing touched. We felt comfortable and safe at all times. Be aware that the room does not self lock. You need your fob to get in to any building except the kitchen. The main entrance area had a laundry room that we made use of for washing. Used the appWash app. Hung our clothes in our room to dry (bought some cord & pegs to hang items off and it was hot while we were there). We had a car and knew there was no parking, so we watched parking times on main road, side road and Tesco to manage it. No tickets. Tesco was a four minute walk. Food was pricier than the UK. We stayed three nights and would recommend.

Super friendly Team, thank you !!! The property is super situated get around really well good public transport connections. Cleanliness should be better, I know it’s Stundent accommodation and that everyone needs to clean up but especially in the shared kitchens hear some one should really check it’s not nice when you arrive and stay for a long time that you need to go out get cleaning stuff and clean everything !!!! The room is ok clean bed, bathroom ok everything else you need to definitely wipe down. If there wasn’t the cleanliness problem it would be the perfect accommodation!!!! For any one 😉

This accommodation was great for a weekend in Dublin. Check-in and check-out were super smooth and the staff at the reception were so kind. The room and the kitchen were clean, the bed was not too small for two people and the neighborhood was very cute with cafes ,restaurants and pubs (there's a great one next door!) as well as supermarkets nearby and the city center only 20min away walking or around 5-7 min by public transportation. I would stay here again :)

The room was unbearably hot! No AC, no fan, no air movement and no way to control temperature. The shower head was broken. The neighborhood was great with lots of dining options. Some nice coffee options nearby. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. This was a three night stay and served the purpose. One more night would have been one night too many however.

The room was simple but clean - what we were expecting. Check in was a bit of a struggle. Staff seemed overwhelmed with the amount of people coming to stay. But they got everyone checked in. Overall fine if you’re looking for somewhere reasonably priced to stay and don’t plan to spend an abundance of time in your room.
