“First time we have stayed here. Lovely, clean room and easy to find as we have eaten a few times in Haystacks which is underneath and has amazing food ❤️ lush bed and slept really well and blackout curtains helped with this 😀Shower was amazing. A hidden gem! We will be back 😍”

“Hotel blijkt al sinds december 2025 gesloten te zijn”

“Perfectly fine for my needs, a one night stop over for cycling. Well situated for some excellent quite lanes, with tough climbs. The food the night before was tasty enough, and the beer was very well kept. Very friendly staff. I was even able to take a shower after my ride, even though it went beyond the check out time. Comfy bed. Shower was nice and warm, even though it was a bit leaky. Room was a bit tired, but like I said, I wasn't after 5 star, and for the price it was perfectly fine.”

“The room was clean and comfortable, staff couldn’t have been more helpful, preparing an earlier breakfast as we needed to leave before the usual breakfast time. It is old - worldly and it is friendly and welcoming.”

“Loved this place.”

“Very convenient location and near to the showground as was visiting the Royal Welsh Show. ”

“A great space with excellent entertainment facilities and the hot tub was a lovely bonus. on a personal note, i think the place is over styled. With the amount of trinkets throughout the house, if the children were with us I would have been nervous of items getting knocked and damaged. I would suggest toning the style and making this a more relaxed environment for a family to enjoy without the worry of breaking something precious to the owner/host.”

“The actual cabin and area were really nice, the cabin has aged a little from the photos and the outside area seemed a little unkept, but the inside was perfect. Our only problem was when we arrived at around 3 pm (we messaged prior through hotels.com that we will be arriving around check in time and had a couple of questions but received no reply) we didn't have no code to access the key safe, so we rang the numbers on the property details page and it said the number was inactive and had also...

“The sunny barn is a fantastic barn conversation to a very high standard, very clean and very well equipped. Would highly recommend the Sunny barn . Myself and my work colleague stayed there for a week”

“Safest accommodation we have ever stayed in. Very quite rural location yet very near shops. No need to lock your room and car! No formal check in; your key is hanging on your door upon arrival. Loved the home baked muffins and the freshly made coffee in the morning.”

“The place was lovely and clean, unfortunatly we could not get the TV to work or the fire to light, we messaged the owners but not had any reply. Came home a day early as the smoke detectors started beeping, messaged about that too. The location is great and the beds fab and when these small annoyanced are corrected it very good. ”

“Nice location, couldn’t check in to begin with as no one answered phones or on the property check in times need to be adjusted for this but did like we could check in earlier if we actually could”

“We had a great time! The place was wonderful! Caravan was modern, clean and have everything you need. Private place, good location. Highly recommend for everyone ”
