The staff here were friendly, the location central and the room clean and spacious. It is good value for money. A good, quiet fan was provided to help with the heat, but it was a shame they had to limit the opening of the window. Why can't guests decide how far they'd like the opening? We're not all suicidal or with children. It is good value for money. We found the breakfasts to have plenty of choice and options, but the evening selection and skill of cooking to be rather lacking, e.g. asked for a steak to be medium rare, but it arrived well done. The omelette at breakfast overdone so much it was like rubber.

Parking is an issue at this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Food at the function I attended was very good considering the numbers involved. Some training of the serving staff might help. One of them knocked my drink over, said "Sorry" and that was that. Drinks were very pricey.

Only downside for me was no parking facility. There is a long stay car park near the theatre. A charge of £5 during daytime and free overnight. But you have to update daily at 08.00 hours. This is about 1 10 minute walk from the hotel. Ours was a family get together and suited us being in the centre of town. Would stay there again staff were friendly and very helpful. Thank you Team

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was lovely and a good choice. The bar is open well seated and out side sitting area. the external fabrication could do with improving for a better welcoming. Unfortunately stairs were a bit much travelling to our room accommodation. But it's only @8 times in a day.Try ground floor. Shower pressure quite low, toilet floor needs a better clean. All in all not bad in our experience. Thanks to all staff.
