“Excellent value for money nice clean room friendly staff”

“Great parking. Near to the city. Easy check in and very welcoming but our room was tired and the bathroom was not very clean. The bedding and towels were clean but I thought that one pillow per person wasn’t sufficient. Biscuits in the room was a nice touch.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy and had more than could be expected.”

“Old fashioned property with heaps of charm. Big room and easy check in”

“Worst so called hotel ever, wouldn’t deem it fit for prisoners. Firstly took over an hour to access as there’s no staff on site despite claims there is staff. “Acceptable accommodation for a short break and good location from which to explore North Norfolk. Banged my head on low hanging ceiling lights a dozen times in two days, fortunately no damage done. “Great service very helpful would recommend this to you would be happy to stay again thank you.”

“Nice quiet flat, very close to beach with street parking. Good amenities and comfortable bed. Would stay again”

“Great location. It was ideal for what we needed it for. We found it hadn't really been cleaned properly. Bits of chedder crisps left underneath the side table . We had to wash up most of the bowls and saucepans before use as had dried bits of food on them. My son dropped a small toy that rolled just under the bed in the main bedroom, it was filthy under there. Think they do the bare minimum clean between each guests. ”
